Celcom Rates increase

Due to the higher charges that Paypal impose on us and that US Dollars is weakening against the Malaysian Ringgit, there will be slight increase of the charges, usually about 50 cents per RM10 or more across the board for Celcom Top Up. The price will exclude 7% GST imposed on TELCO Products. We are currently absorbing it as much as we can. Currently Paypal charges are the killer.

Please also note that 0152x Numbers are VIRTUAL NUMBERS and are not valid service numbers for top up. If you enter this number into the system, it will not top your credits up. Please get a scratch card for this reason.

Our system is automated. As such we do not validate your numbers before hand as many have port in numbers from other operators.

Rule of thumb is avoid getting any 014x , 0111x and 0152x Numbers at any cost. Celcom is silly at times and they take away our money without crediting the user's account. 018 Numbers are still OK, unless ported from YTL Yes 4G.
